Cara Buono is a bright-eyed young actress whose theatrical and TV career
took off while she was still a college student with the title role in the lauded

tourists.
Biography
Cara Buono's Mediterranean good looks have slated her for "ethnic" roles such
as the young Diane Lowe in the series, "I'll Fly Away" (1992), whose inter-faith
romance is an issue in the small-town South of the 50s, and as an innocent
Italian-American hairdresser Rose Polito, the lead in an episode of "Tribeca"
(1993).
Cara Buono's film credits include "Waterland" (1992), where she played one of
the students, and "The Cowboy Way" (1994), portraying a kidnapped Cuban
immigrant reliant on the hayseeds Kiefer Sutherland and Woody Harrelson.
